The document you provided looks interesting. Okta said that wasn't an issue, so I've moved over to them. They expect to support the hybrid setup sometime next year. Recently their development team said they were aware of the issue and had no solution to make it work at this time. I worked with a different MFA provider prior for months with the same issue. 4 hours hunt and peck, try this, try that is leading me to believe their solution does not work on a hybrid AD - Azure setup. ![]() MFA never works on both side at the same time. When Okta gets it to work (MFA) it's on working on AD -or- Azure. Select one of the three options for Okta to send. Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Salesforce, Dropbox, and Box with CloudAlly. (As a side note, I've had the Microsoft AD sync running between on-prem AD and Azure for probably close to two years with no issues). How to set up Okta MFA in Your ctcLink account Log into your ctcLink account as normal via the login page. Last week we added the Okta sync on the Onprem server to feed/sync the Okta directory. What we have done so far is to export out the users in Azure to import into Okta directory, and they were unable to get it to work on both sides. From Okta, that will come after this when we add MFA for O365. What I can tell you is that it is not Federated. I've been relying on Okta professional services to set this up. I will reattempt to SSO in through the app icon on the dashboard and fade the loop issue. i can sso into o365 initially with no problems but after a few hours. Okta documentation says the okta mfa policies need to be stronger than azure’s conditional access policies, which I thought I’ve configured but doesn’t seem to be the case if I’m also running into the loop. Also a beginner admin here! I’m definitely having issues with this configuration because I’m always running into the infinite sign in loop issue.
